SYMPOSIUM SCHEDULE
All symposium sessions will be held at the Rutgers College Avenue Student Center, located at 126 College Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ 08901. More details to follow.
TRAVELING TO RUTGERS, NEW BRUNSWICK
Fly: If you are flying, the closest airport to Rutgers University is Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR).
TAXI FROM THE AIRPORT: Once you arrive at Newark Airport, Rutgers is about 30-40 minutes away by taxi (without traffic. Please note that NJ generally has a significant amount of traffic most times, especially Friday nights. For your return trip, please plan your travel accordingly as this meeting ends at 5pm).
Drive:
If you are driving to the symposium or to your hotel, please use the provided hotel and symposium location addresses in order to reach your final destination. Please note the parking costs at the hotel may not be included in the room rate. More parking information is below.
Train:
With a train station directly on campus, it is a convenient way to travel in and out of the Rutgers area. The train is less than one mile (about a ten minute walk) from the College Avenue Student Center and less than half a mile from the Hyatt Regency Hotel. To arrive at Rutgers, your train stop will be the New Brunswick Station. For a complete list of train arrival and departure times, please click here.
NJ TRANSIT TRAIN FROM THE AIRPORT: If you PREFER THE TRAIN, THERE IS A DIRECT ONE FROM THE AIRPORT to the New Brunswick Train Station. Customers may board AirTrain at the station for service to the airport terminals. For more details, please click here. From the train station, you can either take a Taxi (732- 387-3467) or Uber.

The Hyatt Hotel, The Heldrich Hotel, and College Ave
Student Center are within walking distance from the Train Station.

TRAVELING
FROM THE PREFFERED HOTEL TO THE SYMPOSIUM:
Traveling from the Hyatt Regency Hotel to the College Avenue Student Center for the symposium is quite simple! Please find walking and driving directions below. Shuttle service may also be available if reserved in advance at the hotel.
Walking from the Hyatt Regency, New Brunswick:

· Directions: Exit the hotel and turn right onto Albany Street. After 0.1 miles, turn right onto George Street. Make a left onto Somerset Street. Turn right onto College Avenue and your destination will be half a mile down on your left.
Driving, Uber & Taxi Info:
Whether you drive, take an Uber, or Taxi to the College Avenue Student Center, your destination address will be 126 College Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ 08901. To take a taxi, you can contact All Brunswick Taxi at (732) 387-3467.
PARKING
Symposium Parking:
If you need to park your vehicle at the
College Avenue Student Center, you can park in lots 26 or 30 located directly
behind the student center. The
parking lot entrance is at the intersection of Ray Street and Sicard Street.
Hotel Parking:
Overnight self-parking at the Hyatt Regency, New Brunswick costs $26 per night.

Rutgers University

New York City
As we are located in close proximity to New York City, a trip into the city is a great option! To get to NYC, you will want to take the outbound train to New York City from the New Brunswick Station. You will arrive in New York Penn Station in less than one hour. To return from the city, you will take the North East Corridor NJ Transit train back to New Brunswick Station.
Princeton, NJ
To visit our neighbors at Princeton University, we are again just a short train ride away. From the New Brunswick Station, take the Northeast Corridor train heading to Trenton. You will need to get off at Princeton Junction Station and then take what is called a “dinky” or a single-car train that NJ Transit operates. The dinky ride is 5 minutes to downtown Princeton and the university. The total trip time from New Brunswick to Princeton is about 35 minutes.
